Deskripsi Kerja

Job Description
The R2R Team Lead is responsible for managing APAC R2R process, delivering timely and accurate financial reports to various stakeholders including but not limited to Group Accounting and Reporting, Regional Finance, Regional Tax and business finance team.
The R2R Team Lead shall take on a critical role in setting up and migration of R2R function from different locations to KL, adding on to existing P2P, O2C functions in the Finance Shared Service Center. This entails building up the R2R team, implementing and improving on existing process models to create a standardized approach in delivering reliable R2R services to internal stakeholders.
Managing a team of 8 senior finance associates, the R2R team lead takes charge in providing quality month-end financials for APAC, covering general ledger, fixed assets and VAT filing while working closely with O2C/cash management and P2P teams within the FSSC. Through close collaboration with business teams, the successful candidate collates business information with accounting impact and advise business on rule-based accounting matters.
