Deskripsi Kerja
Responsibilities:
- Plan daily manpower schedules and monitor task allocation.
- Request materials and ensure proper operating conditions for equipment.
- Ensure cutting, fitting, and welding adhere to drawing specifications.
- Conduct weekly toolbox briefings and provide on-the-job training.
Requirements:
- Experience in the precast or relevant industry preferred.
- Hands-on skills in mold setting, welding, and grinding.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
