Deskripsi Kerja
Join Concentrix as a Real Time Analyst in our Cyberjaya location. In this role, you will serve as a vital liaison between the Centralized and Site WFM teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Your key responsibilities include preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, resolving escalated issues, conducting root cause analysis, and monitoring real-time queues and attendance. You will also optimize schedules, manage training requests, and analyze efficiency reports.
To succeed, you should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment.
