Join Cognizant as a Real-Time Mandarin Interpreter, where great ideas transform into exceptional products and customer experiences. Manage 24/7 coverage of public transportation disruptions and road incidents globally in a rotational shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities: Include data entry for transportation disruptions, ensuring quality outputs, increasing knowledge through internal resources, and proactively resolving issues.
Essential Skills: Advanced Mandarin proficiency (both Traditional and Simplified), high English fluency, a solid understanding of public transport, strong research skills, and keen attention to detail.
Nice to Have: Customer service experience, QGIS skills, and familiarity with MAC OS X.
