Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Officer to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting third-party debts, meeting monthly targets, and providing timely daily reports on all accounts.

Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma/Degree;
• Experience in customer service roles preferred;
• Training will be provided;
• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases;
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
• Punctual and disciplined;
• Able to start immediately is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month + Commission
