Job Description:
- Call customers to discuss payment terms and payback plans.
- Handle customer questions or complaints.
- Plan strategies for recovering unresolved payments.
- Investigate and resolve payment or account issues.
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen, aged 19 – 30.
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu.
- Positive attitude with a pleasant personality.
- Good work ethic.
