Deskripsi Kerja
Agensi Pekerjaan WOBB Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The main responsibilities include:
- Negotiating contracts with clients
- Advising clients on selecting suitable candidates for their vacancies
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants
- Screening candidates and shortlisting for client interviews
- Organising interviews and selection events
- Arranging advertisements for vacancies
- Assisting applicants in interview preparations
- Building strong client relationships
- Maintaining records of candidates and clients
- Identifying potential new clients
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
