The People team at Shopee is seeking a motivated individual for the position of Recruitment Contract & BPO Manager. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, this entry-level role involves managing agency hiring, contract administration, and ensuring the seamless renewal of agent contracts. You will also be responsible for accurate reporting and providing ad-hoc support for various tasks to enhance operations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Google tools are essential attributes.
