Deskripsi Kerja
Parkland Group is seeking a Recruitment Executive responsible for sourcing talent and managing the recruitment process. You will also conduct onboarding and induction briefings for new hires.
Requirements: Diploma or Degree in HR, 3+ years of recruitment experience, proficiency in English, Mandarin, and BM. Ability to work independently is essential.
This full-time position offers a salary of RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00, with opportunities for promotion and professional development.
