Deskripsi Kerja
We are in urgent search of a full-time Recruitment Officer who can start immediately. The target start date is January 13, 2025.
DialogueDirect Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. represents international charitable organizations through Face-to-Face Marketing. We need a skilled recruitment officer to acquire top talent efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall recruitment process including job postings and interviews.
- Utilize sourcing tools to attract candidates.
- Conduct in-person and phone interviews.
Requirements:
- Preferred previous experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
