Deskripsi Kerja
SYNAPSCO seeks a Chinese-speaking Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for energy projects, especially China-facing roles. Hybrid role with office presence 3 days/week in Ayer Keroh. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers/onboarding, and building talent pipelines. Requirements: fluent Mandarin (spoken, written, reading), 1–2 years recruitment/HR experience, Malaysian citizen, Diploma or Degree in HR/Business/Engineering or related, strong communication and stakeholder skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment. Full-time; pay from RM4,00/month. Benefits: maternity leave, promotion opportunities, professional development, and work-from-home options.
