Deskripsi Kerja
Join Agensi Pekerjaan WOBB Sdn Bhd as a Recruitment Team Lead! In this role, you will lead a team of recruitment specialists, drive new business opportunities, and develop tailored recruitment strategies. You will oversee the entire candidate process, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction while monitoring recruitment metrics.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in recruitment consulting or related fields, leadership experience, and strong communication skills. This full-time position offers a salary of RM5,00.00 – RM10,00.00 per month, with benefits such as promotion opportunities and professional development.
Schedule: Monday to Friday. Supplemental pay includes commission.
