Duties:
- Provide exceptional call experiences.
- Process cancellations and modifications.
- Update OTA extranets for accurate commissions.
- Implement hotel reservation policies.
- Track room availability and conduct quality checks.
- Collaborate with other departments.
Requirements:
- Well-organized and smart individual.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
