Duties:
- Handle advance room reservations and ensure availability.
- Maintain relationships with key business clients.
- Manage accurate records of all client segments.
- Exhibit professional telephone etiquette.
- Stay updated on room status and coordinate group bookings.
- Process advance deposits and manage reservation confirmations.
Requirements:
- Good command of English.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Guest-oriented and service-minded.
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
