Deskripsi Kerja

In this role, you will handle all incoming inquiries via phone and email regarding room bookings, converting calls into sales. You will also contact guests or travel planners to clarify any discrepancies in their preferences before arrival.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with administrative duties related to reservation management such as data entry and maintaining reservation records.

Requirements: Relevant certification and experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to work in Johor Bahru.
