Deskripsi Kerja
Hatten Hotel Melaka is seeking a dedicated Reservation Assistant to ensure the seamless operation of our reservation department. The ideal candidate will manage all reservations and respond to correspondence within 24 hours.
Key responsibilities include maintaining guest history data and updating tariff information for corporate clients and travel agents. This is a permanent position with a rotational shift schedule.
