Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our team at G Hotel Gurney. The successful candidate will manage all reservation inquiries, ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests.
Your responsibilities will include handling incoming calls and emails, guiding guests on room types and rates, ensuring booking details are accurate, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest preferences.
This full-time position offers a salary starting from RM1,900.00 per month with a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday. Overtime pay is also available.
