Deskripsi Kerja

Position Summary: The Reservations Coordinator will report to the Assistant Front Office Manager and be responsible for handling email, live chat, and phone inquiries. This role involves accepting reservations and entering data into the OPERA system, while collaborating with Front Office and Sales & Marketing teams to maximize hotel occupancy.

Duties:

• Ensure accurate reservation data entry into OPERA.
• Process customer reservation requests.
• Provide clerical support to Front Desk staff.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
