Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Coordinator to manage bookings, confirm reservations, and coordinate with front desk and operations to ensure seamless guest experiences. You will handle phone and email inquiries, maintain reservation systems, and resolve booking issues promptly.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, experience with reservation software, excellent organizational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. Responsibilities include processing requests, updating availability, preparing reports, and liaising with sales and housekeeping teams.
