OTTOTREE VILLAGE SDN BHD is hiring a Resident Services Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance the student housing experience, and manage our convenience store and café. Key responsibilities include managing tenant inquiries, building community relationships, supervising accommodation operations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications include a diploma/degree in a related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates with a background in student accommodation or strata management are preferred.
The position offers a salary of RM4,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month with opportunities for promotion and professional development.
