The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge in Food, Beverage, Culinary, and Banquet operations is essential, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring service quality, and managing budgets.
