Job Summary:
TKS Estate Sdn Bhd is seeking an F&B Supervisor for our Halal restaurant, D’Tiffin, located at Jonker Street Melaka. The incumbent will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with Halal standards while fostering seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front-of-house operations, ensure Halal compliance, train staff, manage guest feedback, control inventory, and uphold hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B, particularly in Halal certified establishments. Must possess Typhoid Injection Card.
