Deskripsi Kerja
Join Padini as a Retail Advisor. Support store operations; supervise staff service and discipline; maintain outlet standards; handle staff welfare and customer inquiries/complaints; prepare sales, collections and reports; coordinate training and coach promoters. Requirements: Diploma in Retail Management or related, 2–3 years in fashion retail, pleasant appearance, self-motivated with leadership, able to work shifts/weekends/public holidays, computer literate. Salary RM1,700–RM3,500, performance bonus, annual leave, medical and insurance, career development, staff discount. Job types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate. On-site.
