Job Descriptions:

• Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage inventory and stock.
• Conduct daily operations and manage retail sales.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Preferably 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong communication skills; self-motivated.

Salary: RM2,600.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
