Location: PRISM+ Sunway Velocity Mall
Job Description:
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Expand product knowledge to engage customers effectively.
- Follow up with customers for purchase decision support.
- Design product displays and promotional showcases.
- Conduct live product demonstrations.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Provide feedback for improved operations.
- Meet sales targets and submit reports accurately.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality, Retail, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year retail experience.
- Able to work 6 days a week.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
Pay: Up to RM2,400.00 per month
