Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a proactive Retail Assistant Supervisor to support daily store operations, lead a small team, and ensure excellent customer service. You will assist the Store Manager with staff scheduling, inventory control, visual merchandising, and sales targets.
Responsibilities include coaching staff, handling customer escalations, processing transactions, and maintaining store standards. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills required. Previous retail experience and basic POS knowledge preferred.
