Position: Retail Associate
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Associate to support our Steve Madden JPO store’s retail operations. In this full-time role, you will provide exceptional customer service and help achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Brand Ambassador delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Support daily store operations, including sales, stock management, and cashiering.
- Aim to meet individual and store sales targets through excellence in KPIs.
Requirements:
- Friendly, confident, and great communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Malay and Mandarin are a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
