Deskripsi Kerja
Ninja Van is seeking a dedicated Retail Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for billing activities including managing incoming payments, maintaining accounts receivable, and producing financial reports. You’ll also serve as the key point-of-contact between clients and our company, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of any issues. Fresh graduates and those with experience in e-commerce or finance are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage billing and incoming payments.

- Generate invoices and perform account reconciliations.
Requirements
