Deskripsi Kerja
As Retail Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, coaching and developing employees, meeting sales and KPI targets, controlling inventory and visual merchandising, and ensuring compliance with policies and loss prevention. Qualifications: 3+ years retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proven track record in sales growth, basic financial and inventory knowledge, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. A bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
