Deskripsi Kerja

Megan Retail Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage staff effectively. Responsibilities include:

• Planning monthly duty rosters and training staff on SOPs.
• Executing in-store promotions and reporting sales performance.
• Addressing customer inquiries and ensuring store cleanliness.
• Managing inventory and implementing measures to prevent stock loss.

Requirements: Minimum SPM, strong communication skills, and at least 4 years of retail experience.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From RM3,500.00/month
