Deskripsi Kerja
Join us at Popular AEON Melaka Shopping Centre as a Retail Supervisor. This is a permanent position focused on enhancing our retail operations and ensuring the best customer experience.
Responsibilities: Assist the Department Head, achieve monthly sales goals, handle daily operations, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements: STPM/Certificate holder, teamwork-oriented, retail industry passion, shift availability, and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Benefits: Annual increments, bonuses, various leave schemes, medical insurance, allowances, training, and staff discounts.
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,300.00 per month with a rotational shift schedule.
