Deskripsi Kerja

Job Scope:

• Conduct in-store training on sales, customer service, and SOPs
• Coach and develop retail teams across outlets in Johor, Melaka, and Negeri Sembilan
• Support new store openings and onboarding
• Collaborate with Area Managers on training improvements
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in fashion or footwear retail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in training or people development
• Based in South Malaysia (willing to travel)
• Outgoing, confident, and passionate about coaching
