Deskripsi Kerja

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute orientation programs for sales teams
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires
- Advise on upselling strategies and conduct training using various techniques
Requirements:
- Experience as a Retail Trainer or Sales Trainer
- Knowledge of the retail industry and in-person training capabilities
- BSc degree in Education or Human Resources
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
