Deskripsi Kerja
Join Krava Studio Enterprise as a Return & Refund Specialist! In this role, you will manage high-value and high-risk return and refund cases, requiring strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities: Resolve high-risk cases efficiently, ensure customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and perform other tasks as needed. Flexibility for rotating shifts is essential.
Requirements: Strong communication and emotional intelligence, prior customer service experience preferred, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Job Type: Contract (12 months). Salary ranges from RM2,500.00 to RM3,100.00 per month.

Education: STM/STPM preferred. Experience: Customer care experience of 1 year preferred.
