Deskripsi Kerja
Company: KINTETSU WORLD EXPRESS
Job Responsibility:
- Daily coordination between different departments and overseas offices for shipment arrangements.
- Assist the Key Account Manager with quotations and feedback follow-ups.
- Prepare and enter data entry reports.
- Other tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- 1 year experience in Customer Service or Sales Support, preferably in Freight Forwarding.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills, able to multitask and prioritize.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
