Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Tmn Kempas Utama
Working Days: Mon-Fri – 9am-5pm
Nature of Business: MNC Manufacturing in Compressor Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer service calls and provide service updates.
- Create and manage service orders in the customer management system.
- Accurately assess service requirements and input data.
- Generate service quotes and convert them into service orders.
- Build relationships with vendors and manage parts ordering.
- Coordinate service appointments based on customer needs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
