We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves interacting with customers in both Malay and English, managing appointments, and handling various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malay and English
- Ability to manage time and scheduling
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Quick to learn, self-reliant, and responsible
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Office
Experience: No experience required or up to 3 months of experience
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM4,100.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
