Deskripsi Kerja

Job Description:

  • Complete sales acceptance form for accuracy.
  • Prepare bank invoices and disbursement documents.
  • Generate proforma invoices as needed.
  • Submit E-Goods To Order requests for approval.
  • Follow up on payments and coordinate with credit control.
  • Compile documents for subsidy claims.
  • Assist with other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • SPM/STPM/Diploma or higher.
  • 1 year experience in a related field.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin.
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills.
  • Location: USJ Subang Jaya.

Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,500 per month

Benefits: Health insurance, dental insurance, free parking, maternity and parental leave.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Keperluan

  • Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
  • Minimum Education of High School Diploma
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Physically and Mentally Healthy
  • Minimum Age of 18 Years
  • Able to Work Under Pressure
  • Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
  • No Criminal Record
  • Able to Work in a Team
