- Assisting walk-in clients and understanding their car needs.
- Providing comparisons, upsells, and cross-sells for car purchases.
- Staying updated on automotive terms and product developments.
- Offering detailed product explanations and demos to prospects.
- Arranging test drives while ensuring customer identity compliance.
- Preparing sold cars for delivery and facilitating inspection of trade-ins.
- Handling bank loan paperwork and educating clients on warranty and features.
