Deskripsi Kerja
Fenix Auto Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead generation and follow-up
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing complaints
- Following up with customers on late payments
- Collaborating with service staff to ensure timely vehicle maintenance
This is a permanent, full-time position with a basic pay of RM1,700, plus commission and weekly overrides, typically averaging between RM2,500 and RM3,500 per month.
Preferred qualifications include STM/STPM education, 1 year of customer care experience, and proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa.
