Work Location: In person
Responsibilities:
– Perform sales administrative activities
– Prepare sales quotations and invoices
– Prepare export documents (packing lists, etc.)
– Respond to online or telephone queries in a friendly manner
– Liaise with other departments to meet customer needs
– Coordinate and follow-up on order statuses
Requirements:
– Minimum SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
– At least 2 years of experience in the related field
– Excellent communication skills, especially in English
