Deskripsi Kerja

Responsibilities:
- Attend to daily walk-in customers and visitors.
- Answer customer calls professionally.
- Provide product and service information.
- Maintain reports and databases.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Higher Secondary/ Diploma.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Presentable with a professional appearance.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Willing to work full-time in Southkey.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays.
Pay: RM2,200.00 – RM2,900.00 per month
