Deskripsi Kerja
CHL Jewelleries Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Sales & Customer Services. Your primary responsibilities will include taking customer orders, promoting value-added products, and providing essential information about our products and services. You will also handle inquiries, process orders and returns, and maintain customer records.
The ideal candidate should possess at least an SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree or equivalent, have strong computer skills, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Customer service and sales experience are essential.
This full-time, permanent position offers a monthly salary between RM2,00 – RM3,500, with benefits including maternity leave and professional development opportunities.
