Job Description:
The Associate Sales Representative at Concentrix is responsible for showcasing the value of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, focusing on selling and renewing contracts. Responsibilities include:
- Achieving revenue quotas through renewals and upselling.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts.
- Understanding product knowledge to assess client needs.
- Addressing customer concerns and roadblocks.
- Managing competitive pressures and handling objections.
- Maintaining high volumes of customer contacts via phone and email.
