Deskripsi Kerja
EDM HOLDINGS SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that customer and product requirements are accurately captured and communicated to our personnel for optimal customer satisfaction. You will maintain strong communication links with customers, provide immediate feedback on complaints, and liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries.
Your responsibilities will include following up on customer deliveries, coordinating with sales teams, preparing documentation such as quotations and purchase orders, and answering customer inquiries via email and telephone. Additionally, you’ll monitor inventory stock and assist managerial clerical tasks.
