Deskripsi Kerja
FA Herbs Sdn Bhd seeks a Sales Executive to present, promote, and sell our products and services to existing and prospective customers. You will perform needs and cost-benefit analyses, prospect via cold calling, build and maintain strong customer relationships, expedite complaint resolution, and achieve sales targets. Coordinate with teams and departments, analyze market potential, track sales, and submit customer and market reports. Develop new prospects in targeted markets (local artists/influencers, MLM, hotel & hospitality, therapeutic wellness), conduct territory research, propose action plans for underperforming accounts, support system implementation, and handle ad-hoc assignments as required. Full-time, permanent, in-person role.
