Arrow Electronics, Inc. seeks a Sales Manager in Penang, Malaysia (Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah). Full-time, Sales category. You will define critical markets and new customers in your territory, build strategic relationships for solution selling, manage supply chain and value-added services, and engage with technical/engineering contacts and vendors. Responsibilities include developing account strategic plans, selling Arrow’s supplier solutions, preparing internal quarterly business reviews and customer QBRs, promoting lifecycle and supply-chain programs, and using SalesForce.com and Oracle for sales tracking. This role participates in a sales compensation plan; a portion of OTE is variable and tied to sales goals.
