Deskripsi Kerja
We seek a Sales Manager based at Ascott Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Pinang, responsible for driving room and F&B sales for Bayview Hotel Langkawi and Bayview Hotel Melaka. You will manage client portfolios, generate B2B leads (FIT and groups), prepare proposals and contracts, conduct site visits, and collaborate with Reservations and Banquets to exceed revenue and room-night targets. Minimum 2 years hotel or related experience, strong communication, MS Office and hotel system proficiency, warm team spirit, and guest-focused attitude required. Full-time role. Salary RM4,200–RM4,500/month. Benefits include health insurance, maternity and parental leave, promotion opportunities, and professional development. In-person work.
