Deskripsi Kerja
We are hiring an Assistant Manager/Manager for Sales at Citadines Prai Penang. This role is key in establishing business, planning sales strategies, and supervising the sales team while achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising and motivating the sales team to meet targets.
- Planning sales territories and initiatives.
- Assisting in closing deals and resolving challenges.
- Proposing and recommending strategies to the General Manager.
- Organizing showroom duties and scheduling meetings.
- Surveying market trends and managing customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a starting salary of RM5,500.00 per month, plus benefits including health insurance and professional development.
