Job Purpose: To promote and secure business opportunities for the dormitory through effective sales strategies, marketing activities, and customer relationship management. The goal is to achieve high occupancy rates and strengthen the company’s brand presence in the worker accommodation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities with companies and contractors.
• Conduct sales visits and maintain client relationships.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Prepare proposals and contracts in line with company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,500.00 per month
