Job Requirement:
Minimum qualifications include:
- SPM or equivalent with 5+ years of customer service experience.
- STPM, Diploma, or Degree with at least 3 years in customer service.
- Master’s degree with 5+ years in customer service.
Effective communication in English, both oral and written, is essential.
Job Scope:
The Sales Representative will ensure compliance with standards and provide quotations, liaising with key customers to understand their needs and nurture relationships.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
